New Mums Bums and TumsOnline Classes

This class is for new mums who want to start their post natal fitness journey in a safe way with the supervision of a qualified physiotherapist/fitness instructor.
The class targets the areas that change significantly through pregnancy and need most attention afterwards to ensure you are strong to move on to other activities.
The class is for new mums so pre crawling babies are welcome – just bring them in with their car seat/pram and have a mat/blanket that they can lie on next to you if necessary. The class includes a variety of exercise in standing and lying, some involving resistance bands but all to work the tummy and bottom muscle area.
Tuesdays (term time)
11am - 12noon
