Glenn Higgins is bringing to you your very own 'JEDI' HIIT Workout.

All you need to do is follow along with me,  and have of course THE FORCE! :)

Each exercise is 30secs work with 10secs rest and perform these 5 SITH exercises 3 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.
Try to perform this 3-4 times this week and Get those JEDI Calories Burning :)

Your Exercises :-
FORCE BLASTS  - 30sec
LANDO LUNGES - 30secs
FORCE STRIKES - 30secs
QUI-GON CRUNCH - 30secs
BRIDGER BLOCKS - 30secs
